Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 28.2 oz
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Merlot Grapes - 7.1 oz
- Mandarins - 2 pieces
- Green Butter - to taste
- Hazelnut - 1.8 oz
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Medium-dry sherry - 1 tablespoon
- Orange juice concentrate - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken breast, cool it, and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Peel the avocado and cut it into thin strips or slices.
Step 3
Remove the seeds from the grapes and cut the berries in half.
Step 4
Peel the mandarins and separate them into segments.
Step 5
Combine all the ingredients, mix, and place in a salad bowl on top of the lettuce leaves.
Step 6
Mix the mayonnaise with the cream, sherry, and orange juice, and add salt to taste.
Step 7
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with nuts.
