Chicken Salad with Cheese and Grapes
Ingredients
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Iceberg Lettuce - 1 bunch
- Chopped almonds - 3 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - to taste
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Grapefruits - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips, drizzle with soy sauce, and marinate for half an hour in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Fry the chicken fillet in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater or cut it into small cubes.
Step 4
Grate the garlic on a fine grater.
Step 5
Finely chop or grate the egg.
Step 6
Chop the roasted almonds finely.
Step 7
Ideally, layer the ingredients on lettuce leaves, spreading mayonnaise between each layer. But we mixed everything together, and the taste was amazing :)
