  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 4 pieces
  • Mixed salad greens - 4.2 oz
  • Raisins - 1 tablespoon
  • Candied fruits - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried Apricots - 8 pieces
  • Frozen black currant puree - 2 tablespoons
  • Korean-style Carrots - 3.5 oz
  • Honey - 3.5 oz
  • Celery salt - 1 piece
  • Red Wine Vinegar - 3 fl oz
  • Lemon - ½ piece
  • Cinnamon - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Ground clove - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Combine honey with vinegar, grated lemon zest, cinnamon, and cloves, along with the currants. Bring to a boil and reduce. Then strain the sauce.

Step 2

Boil the chicken fillet in salted water and cut into small pieces.

Step 3

Mix the chicken with dried fruits, carrots, and celery rings, place on the salad greens, and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Drizzle the salad with the sauce.
