- Frozen black currant puree - 2 tablespoons
- Korean-style Carrots - 3.5 oz
- Honey - 3.5 oz
- Celery salt - 1 piece
- Red Wine Vinegar - 3 fl oz
- Lemon - ½ piece
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Ground clove - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine honey with vinegar, grated lemon zest, cinnamon, and cloves, along with the currants. Bring to a boil and reduce. Then strain the sauce.
