- Chicken fillet - 4 pieces
- Sweet Red Onion - 1 head
- Natural Yogurt - 5 fl oz
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
- Dill - 2.1 oz
- Ocean salt - ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Banana Leaves - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill or barbecue. Brush the chicken breasts with vegetable oil, lightly salt and pepper them, and place them on the grill. Cook for a few minutes until done and golden brown. Cool and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the chicken, finely chopped red onion, finely chopped dill, yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
On a plate, arrange the lettuce leaves cut into thin strips, and top with the chicken salad.
