Ingredients
- Mixed salad greens - 10.6 oz
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Walnuts - 2 cups
- Pears - 2 pieces
- Scallions - 6 pieces
- Goat cheese - 4.2 oz
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- White Balsamic Cream - ¼ cup
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Olive Oil - ¼ cup

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the chicken breasts until cooked through and golden brown. Let cool and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Cut the pears in half and remove the core. Slice the pears and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until soft.
Step 3
Arrange the salad greens on 4 plates. Top with the pears, chicken, finely chopped green onions, and crumbled cheese. Sprinkle with walnuts.
