Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise - 3.2 oz
  • Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Red Curry Powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Dijon Mustard - ½ teaspoon
  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 3 pieces
  • Seedless Green Grapes - 3.5 oz
  • Roasted Peanuts - ½ cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Pide bread - 3 pieces
  • Banana Leaves - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Poach the chicken breasts in a small amount of boiling water until cooked through. Cool and cut into small cubes.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, curry powder, and mustard.

Step 3
