- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Chili jam - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 2 teaspoons
- Green Papaya - 1 piece
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Cilantro - ½ cup
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Eel - 1 head
