Description
This salad can be served on a large platter or in tartlets and on bruschettas. Before serving, it's best to slightly warm the bruschettas in the oven.

- Onion - 2 heads
- Poultry - 1 piece
- Celery stalk - 6 pieces
- Grated Ginger Root - 0.7 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz
- Sweet Chili Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Parsley - 0.7 oz
- Dill - 0.7 oz
- Fresh basil leaves - 0.7 oz
- Tarragon - 0.7 oz
- Saffron - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken together with one onion, one celery stalk, and one carrot. Cook for an hour. Strain the finished broth and set it aside — it will be needed for another dish.
Step 2
Finely chop the remaining onion, celery, fresh ginger, garlic, parsley, basil, and tarragon with dill — only chop the leaves, and discard the stems.
Step 3
Pour boiling water over a pinch of saffron, then combine mayonnaise with sweet chili sauce, the saffron mixture, and lemon juice. Shred the chicken into strips, mix it with the vegetables, herbs, and sauce. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
