Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 14.1 oz
- Canned Pineapple Chunks - 7.1 oz
- Celery stalk - 5.3 oz
- Cilantro - 3 sprigs
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Allspice berries - 3 pieces
- Red Curry Powder - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Place the chicken breast in cold water, add a bay leaf and allspice, and bring to a boil.
