Ingredients

  • Olive Oil - 7 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Tomatoes - 2 pieces
  • Green Peas - 3.5 oz
  • Hazelnut - 1.8 oz
  • Yogurt powder - 1.8 oz
  • Herbs - 1.8 oz
  • Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Salad Potatoes - 3.5 oz
  • Celery salt - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the chicken fillet into slices and fry in olive oil until golden brown.

Step 2

Chop the onion, carrot, and celery, and sauté in the oil left from frying the chicken. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Boil the potatoes and cut them into slices.

Step 4

Dice the tomatoes.

Step 5

Combine the meat with the vegetables. Add the green peas. Dress the salad with the nut sauce.

Step 6

To prepare the sauce, chop the hazelnuts and mix with yogurt. Season with salt and pepper.
