Chicken Salad with Red Beans and Cheese

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
  • Canned Baby Beets - 10.6 oz
  • Russian Cheese - 8.8 oz
  • Garlic - to taste
  • Mayonnaise - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the chicken fillet in salted water and let it cool.

Step 2

Drain the canned red beans in a colander, rinse, and let the water drain.

Step 3

Grate the Russian cheese on a coarse grater.

Step 4

Make a garlic sauce for the layers of chicken: in a smaller portion of mayonnaise, add minced garlic, a little pepper, and mix.

Step 5

On a plate, place a layer of half of the finely chopped chicken fillet, cover it with a layer of garlic sauce.

Step 6

Add the second layer - half of the red beans, and cover it with a layer of mayonnaise.

Step 7

Add a layer of half of the grated cheese, and cover it with a layer of mayonnaise.

Step 8

Repeat the layers of chicken and beans.

Step 9

Add another layer of grated cheese and decorate the salad with a bunch of fresh herbs in the center.

For brightness, you can sprinkle the layer of cheese with grated boiled egg yolk.
