Ingredients

  • Tarragon - 1 bunch
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Rice - 3.5 oz
  • Poultry - 10.6 oz
  • Green Peas - 5.3 oz
  • Vinegar essence - 0 fl oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Mustard Greens - 1.1 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the chicken fillet into thin pieces and sauté in olive oil with salt and garlic.

Step 2

Boil the green peas in salted water.

Step 3

Cook the rice until half done.

Step 4

Cut the bell pepper into strips.

Step 5

Combine all ingredients and dress the salad with a mixture of olive oil, vinegar, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
