  • Sweet Pepper - 2 pieces
  • Ginger - 0.5 oz
  • Schisandra berry - 1.8 oz
  • Rice Noodles - 3.5 oz
  • Olive Oil - 6 tablespoons
  • Malt Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the chicken fillet and sauté it in olive oil with minced ginger, salt, and pepper.

Step 2

Remove seeds from the sweet pepper and cut it into strips.

Step 3

Boil the rice noodles in salted water until half cooked and then sauté them in olive oil.

Step 4

Chop the schisandra greens.

Step 5

Combine the chicken, pepper, noodles, and schisandra. Dress the salad with the olive oil used for frying the chicken, adding wine vinegar.
