Description
For these sausages, you can use either chicken or turkey mince.
Ingredients
- Pork Mince - 2 lbs
- Onion - 1 head
- Breadcrumbs - 7.1 oz
- Parsley - 2 sprigs
- Dill - 2 sprigs
- Salt - to taste
- Paprika - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Add 2/3 of the breadcrumbs and salt to the mince.
Step 3
Next, add the paprika.
Step 4
Take the herbs.
Step 5
Finely chop the parsley and dill.
Step 6
Add the chopped herbs to the mince and other ingredients.
Step 7
Chop the onion fairly finely.
Step 8
Add it to the other chopped ingredients.
Step 9
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Step 10
Pour the remaining breadcrumbs onto a plate.
Step 11
With wet hands, form sausages and place them in the breadcrumbs.

Carefully coat the sausages on all sides with the breadcrumbs.
Step 13
Place the formed sausages in a baking dish.
Step 14
Put in the oven for 35 minutes at 356°F.
Step 15
Remove from the oven and check for doneness by piercing with a knife (clear broth should flow out).
Step 16
Serve with fresh vegetables and homemade adjika.
