- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 3 tablespoons
- Dried Rosemary - 2 teaspoons
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Cumin - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 2 teaspoons
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 17.6 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Spanish onions - 1 head
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, cumin, cinnamon, and black pepper. Add the diced chicken breast and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes to 2 hours.
