  • Tkemali - 3.5 oz
  • "Petelinka Thigh Fillet" - 14.1 oz
  • Onion - ½ piece
  • Salt - to taste
  • Spices - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces, add tkemali, coarsely chopped onion, salt, and spices. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.

Step 2

Preheat the grill well, thread the pieces of meat onto skewers, grill for 10 minutes, turn, and leave for another 5–7 minutes until golden brown. The main thing is not to overcook, otherwise the meat will become dry.
