The most diet-friendly recipe of all. Chicken breasts in a fragrant marinade, vegetables—and all of this is made in the oven, although the imitation of a barbecue turns out to be very authentic.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 19.6 oz
- Marinated cherries - 2.8 oz
- Ground coriander - 0.2 oz
- Potato - 21.2 oz
- Spanish onions - 1.2 oz
- Dry adjika - 0.1 oz
- Cucumbers - 3.9 oz
- Ranch Dressing - 3.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1½ spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Marinate the chicken using your favorite method. Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Brush with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.
Step 3
Wash the potatoes, slice them thinly, and arrange them on one side of the baking sheet.
Step 4
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, sprinkle a little bit of spicy ground adjika, and add 0.25 teaspoon of salt. Stir the potatoes with a spoon to combine the oil and spices.
Step 5
If you want spicier potatoes, you can add more adjika to taste.
Step 6
Thread the marinated chicken fillets (without the marinade) onto skewers and place them on a baking sheet next to the potatoes.
Step 7
Place the baking sheet in the oven for 25 minutes.
Step 8
Wash the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro.
Step 9
Slice the cucumber into half-moons and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Tear the leaves from the cilantro.
Step 10
Place the vegetables and red onion in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, along with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil (olive oil is tastier). Toss the salad.
Step 11
Arrange the potatoes and skewers on a plate. Serve with salad and sauce.
