- Courgette - 1 piece
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Dried Rosemary - 1 teaspoon
- Red Wine Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken, zucchini, and onion into small pieces.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, vinegar, and a bit of salt and pepper. Pour into a bag.
Step 3
Add the chicken, zucchini, and onion to the marinade. Mix well, seal, and let sit for 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight.
