- Celery stalk - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 3.5 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 10.6 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Salt - 0.1 oz
- Spices - 0.1 oz
- Garlic - 0.1 oz
- Herbs - 0.6 oz
- Courgette - 1.6 oz
- Fingerling Potatoes - 1.4 oz
- Marinated cherries - 1.2 oz
- Cress salad - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the vegetables for the filling and sauté them in olive oil with garlic. Then add the sour cream and bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper, and add the herbs. Place in the refrigerator to thicken.
Step 2
Separately, thinly pound the chicken fillet. Place the filling in the center of the piece and form a ball. Dredge in flour, then dip in egg and breadcrumbs. Submerge the formed ball in hot oil until golden brown. After that, place it in the oven for 10 minutes at 356°F.
Step 3
For serving, sauté coarsely chopped vegetables in olive oil and arrange them on a plate around the ball.
