Description

To prepare chicken stew, you can use any parts of the chicken, preferably meaty ones. The vegetables can be varied according to your preference. You can also add garlic for a spicy kick. While frying the chicken and vegetables, a broth will form, which should be used as a sauce. If there is not enough liquid, you can add water.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Thighs - 8 pieces
  • Eggplants - 1 piece
  • Courgette - 1 piece
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Marinated cherries - 20 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 5 fl oz
  • Herbed Cream Cheese - 1 tablespoon

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the chicken.

Wash and peel the vegetables.

Cut the zucchini into cubes.
