Description
To prepare chicken stew, you can use any parts of the chicken, preferably meaty ones. The vegetables can be varied according to your preference. You can also add garlic for a spicy kick. While frying the chicken and vegetables, a broth will form, which should be used as a sauce. If there is not enough liquid, you can add water.
Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs - 8 pieces
- Eggplants - 1 piece
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Marinated cherries - 20 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 5 fl oz
- Herbed Cream Cheese - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the chicken.
Step 3
Wash and peel the vegetables.
Step 4
Cut the zucchini into cubes.
Step 5
Cut the eggplant into medium-sized pieces.
Step 6
Chop the bell pepper smaller than the other vegetables.
Step 7
Place the eggplant and zucchini in a frying pan, add grated carrot and chopped onion, and sauté in vegetable oil (50 ml).

Then add the bell pepper.

Sauté everything together.

Add vegetable oil (50 ml) to a pot.

Sauté the chicken with salt and spices.

Transfer the almost cooked chicken to the frying pan with the vegetables, pouring in the remaining liquid from the pot.

Add the tomatoes and simmer covered until the chicken is fully cooked.

Serve in portions and enjoy.
