Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
- Chicken fillet - 21.2 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs - 5.3 oz
- Toasted Sesame - 2 tablespoons
- Black sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons
- 20% Sour Cream - 4.6 oz
- Dijon Mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Turnips - 4 pieces
- Courgette - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the chicken fillet and dry it with paper towels. Cut into long strips about 2–2.5 cm wide.
Step 2
In a plate, mix the breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Step 3
Lightly beat the egg with a fork.
Step 4
Dredge the fillet in flour, then dip it in the egg and coat it with breadcrumbs. Place on a baking sheet. Put the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 428°F. Bake the fillet until cooked, about 10–15 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, honey, and mustard. Add salt to taste.
Step 6
Cut the carrots and cucumber into sticks.
Step 7
Serve the cooked chicken sticks hot with vegetables and sauce.
