Ingredients
- Poultry - 1 piece
- Lean Beef - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Cranberry - 7.1 oz
- Breadcrumbs - ½ cup
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Lemon - ½ piece
- Butter - 2.6 oz
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rub the prepared chicken carcass with salt and pepper and stuff it with the filling.
Step 2
To prepare the filling, mix ground beef with chopped onion, butter, cranberries, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Sew up the opening, brush the carcass with butter, wrap it in foil, and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours at 374°F.
Step 4
30-40 minutes before it's done, remove the foil.
Step 5
Before serving, sprinkle the chicken with chopped herbs.
