Ingredients

  • Poultry - 1 piece
  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Pickled Chanterelles - 17.6 oz
  • Olive Oil - 5 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel and slice the onions into half-rings.

Step 2

Sauté the onions in a pan until golden, then add the chopped mushrooms. Cook for 5-10 minutes, season with salt and add pepper.

Step 3

Wash the chicken and stuff it with the onion-mushroom filling.

Step 4

Secure the opening with a toothpick and place the chicken in a greased baking dish.

Step 5

Mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture over the chicken.

Step 6

Place in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 356°F. Check for doneness with a toothpick; when the juices run clear, it is ready.
