Ingredients
- Poultry - 3 lbs
- Egg noodles for wok - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 3.5 oz
- Hard Cheese - 2.5 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 2.5 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thaw the chicken, then remove the skin (do not touch the wings) carefully to avoid tearing. Separate the meat from the bones, cutting it into medium-sized cubes.
Step 2
Add the noodles to boiling water, then immediately remove them and mix with the chopped meat.
Step 3
Cut the bell pepper into medium cubes, chop the mushrooms finely, and grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Combine everything with the meat. Add the egg, spices, and butter. Mix well.
Step 5
Lay the chicken skin on the table, season with salt and pepper. Place the filling into the skin and shape it properly (you can sew it with thread or secure it with toothpicks).
Step 6
Place in a baking dish, and brush the top with mayonnaise and sunflower oil.
Step 7
Bake until cooked in a well-preheated oven.
