- Worcestershire Sauce - 1 tablespoon

- Mayonnaise - to taste

First, prepare the marinade. Mix the spices, garlic, olive oil, and Worcestershire sauce. Then, coat the fillets in this mixture and leave them in the refrigerator covered for 1 hour.

Mix mustard, mayonnaise, and grated Parmesan cheese (using a fine grater) for the sauce.

Heat a skillet with olive oil over high heat. Sear the fillets on both sides for about 1-2 minutes (until a crust forms). Reduce the heat to low, spread the mustard-cheese sauce over the fillets, cover with a lid, and simmer for another 5-7 minutes. Serve with pomegranate sauce.
