Chicken Thigh Salad with Walnuts and Cheese

Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
  • Chicken Thighs - 1 piece
  • Walnuts - 150 pieces
  • Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
  • Gherkins - 4 pieces
  • Onion - ½ head
  • Scallions - 1 bunch
  • Mayonnaise - 1 jar
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the potatoes thoroughly, boil them in their skins, cool, peel, and grate on a coarse grater.

Step 2

Boil the eggs hard, cool, peel, and also grate on a coarse grater.

Step 3

Boil the chicken thigh, cool, separate the meat from the bones, and chop finely.

Step 4

Grate the cheese.

Step 5

Cut the gherkins into small cubes.

Step 6

Peel and finely chop the onion.

Step 7

Layer the prepared ingredients on an oval dish. Lightly salt, pepper, and spread mayonnaise between layers. 1st layer — potatoes; 2nd layer — onion; 3rd layer — half of the chicken meat; 4th layer — pickled gherkins; 5th layer — remaining chicken meat; 6th layer — cheese; 7th layer — eggs.
