Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Chicken Thighs - 1 piece
- Walnuts - 150 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Gherkins - 4 pieces
- Onion - ½ head
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Mayonnaise - 1 jar
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, boil them in their skins, cool, peel, and grate on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Boil the eggs hard, cool, peel, and also grate on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Boil the chicken thigh, cool, separate the meat from the bones, and chop finely.
Step 4
Grate the cheese.
Step 5
Cut the gherkins into small cubes.
Step 6
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Step 7
