Ingredients
- "Petelinka Thigh Fillet" - 15.9 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Brown Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Soy Sauce - 2 fl oz
- Yakiniku sauce - 2 spoons
- Sweet Chili Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger - 0.9 oz
- Chili Flakes - to taste
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Lime - 1 piece
- Cilantro - to taste
- Sesame bun - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil and sauté the chicken thigh fillets over medium heat until golden brown on each side. Transfer the browned meat to a clean dish.
Step 3
Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger.
Step 4
In the same skillet, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sweet chili sauce, teriyaki sauce, and lime juice.

Place on the heat, bring to a boil, and cook for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Return the chicken to the skillet with the sauce, making sure to coat each piece with the sauce.

Chop the cilantro coarsely.

Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet until golden brown.

Sprinkle the chicken with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
