Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs - 2 lbs
- Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Honey - 3 tablespoons
- Mustard Greens - 3 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take a bowl and place the thighs in it. Add spices, salt, pepper (I also like to add paprika, but it's up to you) and add olive oil to coat the chicken.
Step 2
In a small bowl, pour in the soy sauce, honey, and mustard. Mix well. Add to the meat and stir thoroughly.
Step 3
It's best to cover the bowl with a plate or plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator overnight, but if you're short on time, you can cover it with a lid and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Step 4
After that, take it out of the refrigerator and preheat the oven to 392°F. Meanwhile, grease a baking tray with oil and place the chicken on it. And of course, drizzle with the prepared sauce :)
Step 5
Place in the oven for 50 minutes (this is the optimal time for the skin to form and the meat to separate from the bone).
Step 6
Turn off the oven and let the chicken 'rest'. Bon appétit!
