Description
This recipe uses drumsticks with thighs, but you can use any poultry meat. The vegetable mix is also at your discretion. Tomato paste mixed with water can be replaced with ready-made tomato juice without salt, or you can add minimal salt while cooking. Enjoy your meal!

- Frozen vegetables 'Hawaiian mix' - 2 lbs
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2.5 oz
- Ground Dried Garlic - 1 tablespoon
- Poultry - 2 teaspoons
- Water - 8 fl oz

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour oil into the skillet.

Place the seasoned chicken in the skillet.

Sear on both sides.

Then cook until almost fully cooked.

Open the vegetables and take the desired amount (about 500 g).

Add the vegetable mix to the skillet with the nearly cooked chicken.

Dilute the tomato paste with water.

The mixture will resemble thick juice; pour it over the chicken with vegetables.
