Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs - 17.6 oz
- Morels - 10.6 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Onion - 2 heads
- Sour Cream - 7.8 oz
- Chicken Broth - 8 fl oz
- Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Parsley - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the chicken thighs, remove excess fat, and cut into strips.
Step 3
Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the skillet, and fry the chicken in two batches over high heat, then transfer to a plate.
Step 4
Wash the mushrooms, dry them, and slice them.
Step 5
Add vegetable oil to the skillet, fry the mushrooms over high heat, and add them to the chicken.
Step 6
Peel the onion and slice it into half rings.
Step 7
Grate the garlic on a fine grater.
Step 8
Finely chop the parsley.
Step 9
Add butter to the skillet, sauté the onion for 3–4 minutes, reduce the heat, add 1–2 cloves of grated garlic to the onion, and sauté for another minute.

Add 1 teaspoon of flour, mix well to avoid lumps.

Add black pepper and 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, and mix.

Add the finely chopped parsley, mix, and heat for 1 minute.

Return the chicken and mushrooms to the skillet.

Add 1 cup of chicken broth or hot water, season with salt, and simmer covered for 3–4 minutes.

Add sour cream, and simmer for 2–3 minutes over medium heat after it boils.

Serve with a side dish of your choice.
