Chicken Under a Vegetable Cap

Ingredients

  • Cheese Spread - 10.6 oz
  • Chicken fillet - 1 piece
  • Turnips - 2 pieces
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Dried Dill Stems - 0 oz
  • Ground Dried Garlic - 0 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - 0 oz
  • Red Long Chili Peppers - 0 oz
  • Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons
  • Olives stuffed with lemon - 1 can

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the fillet in half, add dried dill, ground dried garlic, black and red hot pepper, salt, and mix. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Grate the carrots and sauté them in a pan with the onion until semi-cooked. Slice the olives into rounds.

Step 3

Place the marinated fillet on a baking sheet lightly greased with sunflower oil. Top with olives and sautéed vegetables. Spread mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with cheese.

Step 4

The finished chicken can be served with any side dish.
