Description

This recipe uses a minimal number of ingredients, but the result will surprise you. The combination of chicken, nuts, herbs, and pomegranate, along with a small amount of mayonnaise (preferably homemade) makes it almost a healthy dish. It can also be made with turkey. The amount of salt can be adjusted to taste. Since mayonnaise contains salt, the chicken is boiled in salted water, minimizing the likelihood that you'll want to add more salt. Plus, the salad is very beautiful.
