Description
Soy sauce makes them very tender, while honey adds a unique flavor and beautiful color. Serve with rice, garnished with herbs. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Toasted Sesame - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Duck wings - 2 lbs
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the wings and place them in a deep bowl. Mix honey and soy sauce. Generously coat the wings with the resulting sauce. Refrigerate for 6 to 10 hours. I usually do this overnight and fry them the next evening after work.
Step 2
Fry the wings in vegetable oil, covered, over medium heat for about 5 to 7 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip, sprinkle with sesame seeds, cover, and fry for another 5 to 7 minutes. You can also prepare them in the oven by placing them on a greased baking sheet and cooking at medium temperature until golden brown, sprinkling with sesame seeds at the end.
