Description
Ah, the most amusing part of the chicken is the wing. While I was cooking, I had some fun (you can greet someone with it... FUN!!!...) But in the end, I decided to eat it. The most challenging part was choosing the marinade sauce. After 15 minutes of soul-searching, I settled on mustard sauce. Marking my victory over this difficult task with a loud exclamation of "Phew...", I ran to the fridge to gather the ingredients. During the roll call, it turned out that no one had gone AWOL. After that, all the necessary products were lined up and sent to the table in neat rows and columns. To start, I decided to check the weight. The first on the scale were the chicken wings, which weighed 1100 g. Based on this number, I took the required amount of the other ingredients.
Ingredients
- Mustard Greens - 2.8 oz
- Mayonnaise - 4.2 oz
- Chicken Seasoning - 2 tablespoons
- Duck wings - 10 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, I added 120 g of mayonnaise to the bowl, followed by 80 g of mustard. Lastly, I added one tablespoon of chicken seasoning. Using a teaspoon, I mixed them very well.
Step 2
I looked at the chicken wings and realized they were very lonely in the bowl. I felt sorry for them, so I added a bit of salt and one tablespoon of chicken seasoning. Then I gave them a good 'hug' by thoroughly rubbing the spices and salt into each wing.
Step 3
Ah, I love big and lively gatherings! So, I decided to combine the contents of the two bowls into one. I mixed it very carefully so that each wing was well coated with the sauce.
Step 4
To make this 'lively company' even more fun, I decided to send them to the sauna. I preheated the oven to 446°F, placed the wings in a roasting bag, poured in the sauce that had collected at the bottom of the bowl, squeezed out the air from the bag, tied it up, and gently mixed the contents (without being too rough, so the bag remained intact) before sending my 'friends' to the oven.
Step 5
They had a good time in there for 45 minutes. The aromas were so enticing that I could barely hold back my saliva after 20 minutes. After the allotted time, I took the 'soulful company' out onto a board and carefully cut open the bag.
Step 6
Before me lay 10 very appetizing wings. However, only 8 made it to the fridge. On the way, two were devoured by someone.
