Ingredients
- Poultry - 52.9 oz
- Roasted Peanuts - 1.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Onion - 1 head
- Apple - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the sauce. Take the nuts and grind them in a blender until fine crumbs. Add olive oil and mix until smooth.
Step 2
Wash and dry the chicken. Season it with salt and pepper inside and out.
Step 3
Coat the chicken with the sauce and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 4
Peel the onion and core the apples. Chop them finely.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 6
Remove the chicken from the refrigerator, stuff it with onion and apples. Secure with toothpicks.
Step 7
Place in the oven for 60 minutes.
