Ingredients
- Chicken Drumstick - 4 pieces
- Sweet Pepper - 4 pieces
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Dry White Wine - 3 fl oz
- Chicken Broth - ½ l
- 10% cream - 1 fl oz
- Smoked salt - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a large skillet, sauté the chicken thighs in olive oil until they are golden brown, then remove them from the skillet and set aside.
Step 2
In the same saucepan, sauté the finely chopped onion until it becomes soft, then add the bell pepper cut into thick strips. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté, stirring, for three minutes, then pour in the wine and cook until it has evaporated.
Step 3
Add the broth and paprika, place the chicken thighs on top, cover with a lid, and simmer for twenty-five minutes.
Step 4
Strain the broth into a blender, add a few pieces of sautéed bell peppers and cream, and blend to make a sauce. Serve the chicken with the sautéed peppers and the sauce.
