Chicken with Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- "Petelinka Thigh Fillet" - 24.7 oz
- Brussels Sprouts - 14.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Soy Sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Parmesan Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 4 cloves
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sear the chicken over high heat without oil for 5–7 minutes.
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and lay the chicken pieces in a single layer. Chop the garlic and distribute it between the pieces of chicken.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the sour cream and soy sauce. Add the Brussels sprouts to the chicken and pour the sour cream sauce over them.
Step 4
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven at 392°F (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for 50–60 minutes until cooked through. To prevent the cheese from burning, you can cover the dish with foil for about half of the cooking time.
