  • Couscous - 8.8 oz
  • Poultry - 5.3 oz
  • Avocado - 1 piece
  • Potato - 1 piece
  • Chickpea - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Soak the chickpeas overnight, then boil in boiling water for 40–50 minutes.

Step 2

Pour boiling water over the couscous in a 1:1 ratio and let it sit covered for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Sauté the tomatoes and chicken. Cut the avocado.

Step 4

Fluff the couscous on a plate with a fork (to keep it loose), then top with the chicken and tomatoes, avocado, and chickpeas. Season with salt and pepper.
