- Avocado - 2 pieces

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the cooked chicken into strips.
Step 2
Make the white sauce by mixing butter, flour, milk, chicken broth, cream, and spices. Add the chicken and dry sherry.
Step 3
Thinly slice the avocado and lay it on the bottom of a baking dish. Drizzle with lemon juice, then pour the chicken mixture on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese starts to bubble.
