Ingredients
- Eggplants - 1 piece
- Potato - 1 piece
- Chicken Drumstick - 4 pieces
- Potato - 6 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Onion - 1 head
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Marinate the chicken drumsticks in a mixture of spices and salt (to taste).
Step 2
Cut the eggplant and soak it in salted water for at least 30 minutes to remove bitterness. Then drain the water and rinse.
Step 3
Cut the eggplant into strips, the tomato, onion, and garlic into rings, and the potato in half.
Step 4
Place the drumsticks, potatoes, and other vegetables in a roasting bag. Add salt. Seal the ends of the bag and make three holes with a sharp object to allow steam to escape.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 40–50 minutes. 10 minutes before it's done, you can cut the bag open and return it to the oven to allow the potatoes to brown slightly.
Step 6
Transfer the finished dish to plates.
