Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 28.2 oz
- Celery stalk - 4 stalks
- Young zucchini - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Peanut Sprouts - 3.5 oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into thin strips, the onion into half rings, the zucchini into sticks, and the celery into not too small pieces.
Step 2
Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a heavy-bottomed pan, add the onion and chili. When the onion becomes slightly translucent, add the chicken pieces and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then add the remaining vegetables, except for the sprouts. Season with salt and pepper, cover with a lid, and let it cook for another 7 minutes.

Finally, add the bean sprouts, turn off the heat, and leave it on the stove covered.
