Ingredients
- Poultry - 1 piece
- Date honey - 1.8 oz
- Sweet Red Onion - 4 pieces
- White Balsamic Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Red Curry Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh basil leaves - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 2 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the chicken and pat it dry with a towel.
Step 2
Mix 50 ml of warm boiled water with honey, balsamic vinegar, basil, curry, and oil. Optionally, add a pinch of salt and a bay leaf.
Step 3
Peel the onions and cut each into four wedges. Soak in the sauce for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Place some of the onions inside the chicken.
Step 5
Put the chicken in a roasting bag and pour the sauce with onions over it.
Step 6
Bake in the oven at 392°F for 25 minutes.
Step 7
After that, pierce the bag and bake until a golden crust forms.
