Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet - 2 lbs
  • Korean-style Carrots - 17.6 oz
  • Canned Truffles - 1 can
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Tomatoes - 2 pieces
  • Mayonnaise - to taste
  • Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the chicken fillet, cut it in half, season with salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet.

Step 2

Layer the Korean-style carrots, canned mushrooms, chopped onion, and sliced tomatoes on top of the chicken fillet.

Step 3

Spread mayonnaise generously over everything, sprinkle with any hard cheese grated on a fine grater, and bake in the oven at 392°F for 30 minutes.
