Ingredients
- Water - 5 fl oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Grated Ginger Root - ½ teaspoon
- Lemon - 2 pieces
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Ground Cinnamon - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the onion into cubes, mince the garlic, and sauté in 'Bake' mode for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into medium-sized cubes, sauté with the onion and garlic in the multicooker in 'Bake' mode for 5 minutes, then stir and sauté for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add lemon juice, soy sauce, water, chopped herbs, cinnamon, ground ginger, and grated lemon zest.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 30 minutes in 'Stew' mode.
Step 5
Serve hot.
