- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 4 pieces
- Lime Juice - 2 fl oz
- Dry martini - 2 fl oz
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Ginger - 0.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Marinate the chicken breasts in lime or lemon juice, dry vermouth, and finely chopped fresh ginger.
Step 2
After 2 hours, remove the chicken and fry until golden brown. Remove excess fat and add the marinade. Simmer for 20 minutes until the chicken is tender. Remove the chicken and keep warm.
Step 3
In the skillet with the chicken drippings, add sour cream and heat. Pour over the chicken. Serve with a wedge of lemon.
