Ingredients
- Poultry - 1 piece
- Spices - to taste
- Tarragon - 0.2 oz
- Butter - 0.4 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Chicken Broth - 4 fl oz
- Dry White Wine - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the zest and squeeze the juice from the lemon.
Step 2
Place the zest inside the chicken and lay it in a skillet.
Step 3
Pour the juice, broth, and white wine over it.
Step 4
Cover with parchment paper and bake at 392°F for about 1.5 hours.
Step 5
Half an hour before the cooking time is up, remove the paper so the chicken can brown.
Step 6
Generously sprinkle the chicken with spices, tarragon, and rub with butter.
