Chicken with Mushrooms in Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 4.8 oz
- Marinated cherries - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 3.5 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 2.1 oz
- 33% Cream - 3 fl oz
- Garlic - 0.4 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 tablespoon
- Chili Flakes - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken into small pieces.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half-rings.
Step 3
Heat mustard oil in a skillet and add the chicken.
Step 4
After 1 minute, flip the chicken and add the onion.
Step 5
Add the small champignon mushrooms.
Step 6
After 1 minute, season with salt and pepper, and stir.
Step 7
Add the cherry tomatoes.
Step 8
Add the garlic, chopped coarsely.
Step 9
After 3–5 minutes, stir, reduce the heat to medium, and add the cream.
Step 10
As soon as the cream starts to simmer, add both types of chili. Stir.
Step 11
After 5 minutes, add the mustard. Stir.
Step 12
After 5 minutes, remove from heat, serve in deep plates, and enjoy.
