Ingredients
- Poultry - 2 lbs
- Tomatoes - 10.6 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 5.3 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.4 oz
- Dry White Wine - 1 fl oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the prepared chicken into small pieces, season with salt, and fry in vegetable oil. Place in a shallow pot and keep warm.
Step 2
Prepare croutons from white bread cut into small cubes and fry them.
Step 3
In a pan, place the peeled and seeded, washed, and sliced tomatoes, add flour and a clove of crushed garlic. Boil and stew the mushrooms and separately the olives. When the tomatoes start to evaporate, pour in the wine and 30 g of mushroom broth, and cook a fairly thick sauce, seasoning with salt to taste.
Step 4
Add the boiled mushrooms and olives to the pot with the chicken, pour the sauce over everything, and place in a warm oven or on the edge of the stove to warm through, but do not bring to a boil.
Step 5
Serve the chicken on a platter with croutons, mushrooms, and olives.
