Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Capers - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Apple Wine - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet.
Step 2
Season the chopped chicken with salt and pepper, place it in the skillet, and sauté for 5–6 minutes, stirring constantly. Transfer to a separate dish.
Step 3
Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the skillet and sauté the boiled potato pieces, then transfer to a plate and cover with foil. Add the chopped onion and pepper to the skillet, cooking and stirring over low heat for 8–10 minutes. Then pour in the wine, add the chopped capers, increase the heat, and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Return the chicken pieces to the skillet, cook for another minute, mixing the vegetables and chicken fillet.
