Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 4 pieces
- Pineapple - 7.1 oz
- Swiss Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Yakiniku sauce - 2 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Serve the chicken with pineapple and cheese, garnished with sesame seeds.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add ⅔ of the teriyaki sauce and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 3
Slice the pineapple into half-moons no thicker than 1 cm.
Step 4
In a skillet, heat vegetable oil and sauté the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.

Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Make a lengthwise slit in each fillet, like a hot dog bun.

Place slices of pineapple in each fillet.

Layer thin slices of cheese on top.

Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and brush them with the remaining teriyaki sauce. Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for another 5–7 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
